Community Event: Venice Coalition Attorney Update

Venice, CA Lawsuit Update
VCPUCC’s attorney will explain (in plain English) what’s going on in Venice and how we can work together to keep Venice diverse, affordable and beautiful! Help us win this important and complex lawsuit.

The City of LA Planning Department, real estate speculators, and developers are irreparably altering Venice’s unique qualities. VCPUCC has filed a lawsuit against the City to stop the egregious and unlawful practice of allowing Venice Sign-Offs (VSOs) and Coastal Exemptions (CEXs) which are destroying community character and pushing low and middle-income residents and communities of color out of Venice. CASE #BC611549
